Factors promoting Phu My real estate

Owning a large-scale deep-water seaport, many industrial parks, and convenient infrastructure connections are the driving forces for real estate development in Phu My (Ba Ria - Vung Tau).

Cai Mep – Thi Vai deep-water port cluster in Phu My town has just been ranked 7th among the world’s most efficient container ports by the World Bank and S&P, surpassing the world’s major transit ports such as Yokohama – Japan (9th), Hong Kong (15th), Singapore (17th).

This is also the only port cluster in Vietnam with direct mother ships to Europe and America and has the highest frequency of trips to the US in Southeast Asia.

The next advantage of the town in economic development is the large number of industrial parks. By the end of 2023, the town had 9 concentrated industrial parks in operation, accounting for 60% of the total concentrated industrial parks in the province, accounting for 55.66% of the total area of industrial parks in the province, attracting 51,300 workers, accounting for over 30% of the total number of workers and contributing more than 60% of the growth value of the industrial sector.

Phu My is also about to have a specialized industrial park with a scale of more than 1,000 hectares and an estimated investment capital of about 6.7 billion USD, making the locality a key industrial center of the province.

The third driving force for economic development of the town is the convenient transport infrastructure. From Phu My, people only take 30 minutes to travel to Long Thanh airport, inheriting many benefits of the international airport. With a transit capacity of up to 100 million passengers, Long Thanh airport is an important air trade gateway of Southeast Asia, directly connecting with Cai Mep international port cluster to create synchronous economic benefits of seaports and aviation.

With these three factors, in the future, Phu My will have the conditions to develop industry, global trade and become a bustling port city. By 2025, Phu My will become a city, a type II urban area, along with the roadmap to build a project to establish a 2,000ha Cai Mep Ha logistics center, modernize Cai Mep International Port, research a free trade zone... creating momentum for the locality.

Socio-economic development is the driving force behind the development of Phu My real estate. This place is expected to attract landmark projects, creating symbolic impressions, and places of residence to meet the needs of tens of thousands of experts and engineers.
